So far the group has successfully completed & handed over 8 Housing/ Commercial Projects in Jamshedpur and Phase- I, Phase- II, Phase - III, Phase- IV and Phase- V of Vijaya Gardens. The work for Phase- VI and Phase- VII of Vijaya Gardens is going on in full swing and the booking is going on for the same. The Group has also envisaged a Premium Hotel in Golmuri, Jamshedpur. The Construction Work for the Hotel is going on in full swing.
